Mastering AI — From Concept to Automation for the Ministry Team

A training designed for pastors and church leaders. The idea is simple: take the administrative weight off the leadership's shoulders — minutes, follow-ups, bulletins, communication at scale — to free up time for people. AI handles the draft; the shepherding stays yours.

AI drafts. The pastor reviews. The Word confirms.

What eats up the time that should be for people

The ministry team's routine piles up repetitive tasks no one chose. That is where AI comes in as an assistant — never as a replacement.

Knowledge that exists, but can't be found

Minutes, recorded meetings and years of materials are stored, yet stay out of reach right when a decision is needed. Recovering that knowledge becomes a burden.

The cascade after the leadership meeting

The council meeting ends and the information is left loose: action items with no owner, manual follow-up that takes the whole week, no organized workflow.

Content to produce every week

Bulletin, small-group devotional, social post, study outline. The demand for content never stops — and almost always lands on the same hands.

Personalized communication that doesn't scale

A message to each week's visitor, remembering birthdays, following up with those who drifted away. Individual and warm is the right way — but by hand it doesn't scale.

Internal requests still on paper

Requesting a communication, a purchase, a service: all manual, with no way to track whether the request stalled on someone's desk. A simple flow the church controls is missing.

The leadership's silent overload

Preacher, counselor, manager, HR and finance in one person. The pile of roles weighs in silence. Easing the administrative side opens room for rest and for relationship.

The program, course by course

Six courses across two modules, in a format that respects a mixed group: two 90-minute sessions per evening, with a break, over 4 to 5 evenings.

Format and investment

A training built for the reality of a church: private, at the group's pace and calibrated to your faith context.

Private

Closed cohort

Only the church's ministry team and leadership. The examples, the cases and the vocabulary are your own — no outside audience.

A pace that respects the group

Two 90-minute sessions per evening, with a 15-to-20-minute break, over 4 to 5 evenings. It works for digital natives and for those just getting started.

Calibrated to the Reformed tradition

A pastoral tone, no corporate jargon. The content respects your church's doctrine and holds firm the line between what AI assists and what is a non-delegable office.

Investment

The price is set according to the cohort size and the format agreed with the leadership.

Confidentiality is the axis, not a detail

Before any tool, one principle: some information never goes into an AI. The training treats this as a foundation — from the first course to the last.

  • Pastoral counseling, church discipline and member data are NEVER entered into AI tools.
  • A clear separation between the operational account (secretariat, calendar, public communication) and what is confidential and non-delegable.
  • AI reads and drafts public and administrative material; the pastor always reviews and decides before anything is sent.
  • Every date, time and announcement goes through human review before going live.

The pastoral office — preaching, counseling, tending to grief, discipline — remains entirely in the pastor's hands. AI serves; it does not govern.
